Tutorial Video: Gamepad Pairing with iOS: Gamevice
Astrogun games support MFi Gamepads, like the Steelseries Nimbus, and, on macOS, additional gamepads from major consoles.
Here, we’ll cover docking the Gamevice to your iOS device to play our debut title ‘VAST – Pocket Edition’, available now on the iOS App Store. It is also available on the macOS and tvOS App Stores as ‘VAST – Cosmic Treasure Hunters’.

Docking
First, unlock your iOS device. Then simply attach the end of the device with the Lightning Port into the Gamevice Lightning Connector.
Next, put the other end of the iOS device into the opposite side of the Gamevice. The Gamevice will hold itself onto your iOS device in between.
That’s it! You can now launch the ‘VAST – Pocket Edition’ app and play.
Next, enjoy the game!
Disconnecting & Powering Off
When finished playing, simply quit the game and pull your iOS device out of Gamevice by starting with the left side, then the right side with the Lightning Connector.
That’s all you need to do to disconnect and power the Gamevice off. You can also do this at any time while playing to resume playing with touch controls.
It’s that easy.
